Delivery Information

Usually orders are processed on the day we receive them and shipped by the next day. Items are shipped trough the Dutch postal service PostNL. Small items like T-shirts are shipped up to a maximum of three items in one package that fits through a normal sized mailbox. Larger items are shipped as a parcel. Parcels shipped within The Netherlands will have a track and trace code that we send to you. Internationally shipped items will be without track and trace code.

Please allow up to two business days for delivery within The Netherlands. International delivery depends on the terms of the courier.

Note that you are responsible for supplying correct address information. If for some reason you supply wrong address information, resulting in your package being delivered at a wrong address, this is out of our control.

Backorder

If for some reason the item you order is out of stock, we will inform you about this as soon as possible. Usually we will offer either a similar item or your money back. Our items are produced as limited editions, so usually when an item is out of stock, either we don't make more, or a new batch will be ordered only after some months.
